paper looks at healthcare as a basic human right. It examines what is a basic
human right. It looks at the need for re-examination of the health care system
in the nations the world over. It argues whether or not health care should be
regarded as a right or a as a mere privilege. By looking at the number of
uninsured and who they are, it argues if everyone has the same access to health
care. It however examines traditional methods of funding and using the Medicare
