Standard Requirments for Post-Admission Screening and Registration of Freshers/DE Candidates in Nigerian Universities.


Are you a Fresher just admitted to study a course in any of the Nigerian Universities? If yes, or perhaps if you're related to someone concerned with this, then the following items must be put in place in time before you're called up for the screening. These are the basic/fundamental requirements and it covers both UTME & DE Candidates respectively:

CANDIDATES WOULD BE EXPECTED TO BRING ALONG  PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPHS (at

least 12 copies ) WITH THE  ORIGINAL AND FOUR PHOTOCOPIES OF THE UNDER-LISTED ITEMS:


1. UTME JAMB RESULT SLIP / DIRECT ENTRY JAMB FORM.

2. The UNIVERSITY'S POST UTME RESULT SLIP (FOR UTME CANDIDATES) / NCE, OND, HND,FIRST DEGREE RESULT (FOR DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES)

3. SSCE/GCE/NECO STATEMENT OF RESULT. Some schools accept combination of Results. You must have found this out before you even opted for the school in the first place.

4. CLEAR COPIES OF COMPUTER PRINTOUT/ INTERNET COPY CONTAINING CANDIDATES’ RESULT DULY CERTIFIED BY THE PRINCIPAL.

5. LETTER OF REFERENCE/RECOMMENDATION/ATTESTATION FROM A REPUTABLE CLERGYMAN/IMAM/LAWYER/SENIOR CIVIL SERVANT etc.

6. BIRTH CERTIFICATE/SWORN DECLARATION OF AGE.

7. TESTIMONIAL FROM SECONDARY SCHOOLS ATTENDED.

8. STATE (Or Local Government Area, L.G.A) OF ORIGIN CERTIFICATE.

9. Acceptance fee receipt/Teller
